- Review of implications for participants and their destination
- Adjustments to operational models that can be done now to adapt to the changing market dynamics
- Identify larger-scale, longer-term changes that may be required
Follow up virtual session (3-4 weeks after the lab) to review progress on implementing the quick action solutions and make adjustment
Brief ‘roadmap’ report on next-steps for larger-scale, longer-term challenges

Build on the work started in the Market Mentality Lab to create specific nature traveler profiles and personas for the destination and then analyze and refine the travel experiences offered in the region to target these specific profiles.
3. FRAMING THE FUTURE
Develop a locally-driven destination plan for a resilient and sustainable future, based on the market personas developed in component 2. The plan provides a step-by-step process, tools and mentoring to help a destination embrace new market trends as a region.
